Official start date kicks off with the first LIVE ZOOM CALL on Tuesday the 3rd of October at 1pm (SAST). You will receive access to your Online Portal the week before in September.

This Program will run for 3 Months from the first Live Zoom call on the to the last Live Zoom Call.

Each week will start with the Tuesday Zoom call. Before the Zoom call you will log into the Online Portal and familiarise yourself with the Pillar of focus for the week and start to brainstorm 3 goals to incorporate in your week. During the call you will finalise your 3 goals, ask questions, gain support, feedback and discuss whatever comes up for you or anyone else in the group. After the call and for the next week you explore your goals. At the end of the week in the next Zoom call we discuss what worked, what didn't work, adapt your goals and bring in new ones for the next week. 

No, that will defeat the purpose of you becoming your own guru and creating your ideal lifestyle. You will be supported in creating meal plans and grocery lists that are delicious, nutritious for you as well as for fat-loss. When you need to make adjustments, you'll be coached through it and develop the tools to do this better than any generic meal and exercise plan in future.

To start, you have everything you need wherever you are. We'll explore what you want to incorporate and acquire in terms of equipment and groceries as the Manager unfolds.
