Guided Breath Meditations

Set aside a few minutes and get comfy for an intro to breathing meditation

The aim of the game is to slow down and tune into your breath.

You will notice (it's completely normal!) that your mind wanders. The trick is not to beat yourself up about it, but rather, try to catch your thoughts and nudge your thoughts back to your next breath or the next sound in your meditation. Enjoy!
