If you’re getting more and more curious to try yoga, but think you aren’t strong or flexible enough, or you feel like it's better to leave it to the gymnasts or dancers, this program is here to help kickstart your unique yoga journey.
With Yoga from Home, you will gain the building blocks in terms of poses, strength development, body awareness and breathing techniques, to enable yoga to be what it should be for you - a journey towards through to body to feeling truly good on a regular basis.

Exercises to build strength and to feel empowered every time you step on the mat
