Veggie Smoothie Bowl Recipe

To get more goodness in!

 

 

 

~ 1 cup steamed, then frozen pumpkin

~ 1/2 cup steamed, then frozen butternut

~ 1/4 cup steamed, then frozen baby marrow

~ 1 cup milk (I used Almond Milk)

 

 

 

Blend till smooth

Then add

 

~ 1/3 frozen banana

~ 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

~ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Wazoogles)

~ 1 date

~ 2 pieces of ginger

~ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

~ 1 tsp maca (optional)

~ pinch of cinnamon

 

Blend till smooth

Add yummy toppings & eat! (I added home made granola and Wazoogles Breakfast Bombs) Enjoy!
