G r a n o l a R o a s t

Looking to spice up your breakfast? Snacks? Treats?  Add to oats, top fruit, yoghurt, smoothies. Eat as an on the go snack. The possibilities are endless! And so is the taste! 

 

 

 

 I n g r e d i e n t s 

 

1cup chopped almonds

1 cup pumpkin seeds

½ cup puffed brown rice ( you can replace the rice with oats / quinoa / etc.)

½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup sesame seeds

¼ cup shredded coconut 

3 tbs coconut oil

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tbs cacao

¼ tsp nutmeg

 

 

 

 

~ Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C

~ Melt the coconut oil by placing it in a large baking pan for a minute or two

~ Add all the ingredients & toss around mixing it into the coconut oil

~ Roast for 10 - 15 minutes until toasted 

~ Allow to cool 

~ Serve with yoghurt, fruit, oats, smoothies, everything really! ;)
