You have to try this! Not only delicious, but no effort at all to make PLUS you look like a gourmet chef serving this breakfast..





1 avo

2 eggs

1 squeeze lemon juice

toppings ~ paprika / cayenne pepper / salt / spring onion 









~ preheat the oven to 225°C

~ cut the avocado in half & remove the pip

~ scoop some avocado out the centre to give the eggs some space to do their thing

~ crack one egg in each half of the avo

~ top with toppings of your choice

~ pop in the oven until the eggs are cooked
