Flapping Jacks


Mind was blown when a friend introduced this recipe to me ~ the e a s i e s t & q u i c k e s t breakfast of all time! As you can see, we had a whole lot of fun plating & eating as well!

1 banana

1 scoop Vanilla Nature's Whey Protein (any protein of your choice will do)

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/4 cup oats

toppings ~ desiccated coconut / dark chocolate chips / banana / honey

~ Blend all the ingredients in a NutriBullet / high speed blender until mixture is thick & creamy

~ Fry 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time to make a small flapjack

~ Cover with banana, choc chips, coconut & honey / your toppings of choice
