Decided to try out my recent Facebook recipe of the week from Healthy-Holistic-Living.com and this beaut was created.
1/4 cup cacao powder
3-6 tablespoons coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp coconut oil
2 tablespoons rice syrup
Believe me when I say it didn't even take a few minutes to make.
You literally just pop those into a Nutribullet / blender, pop into the fridge for 30 minutes and voila!
